MY MISSION- I at Tidal Surge Aquatics believe that whatever you do, do it wright or don't do it at all and do the best you can or don't do it at all. Helping people and Animals and teaching people the proper way to care for a saltwater/reef ecosystem as it is our responsibility to take care of these animals and keep them healthy, they rely on us for a better existent the poor guys need our help. SERVICES/POLOCIES- I sell fully quarantined marine reef animals but mostly focus on Marine fish and my own homemade fish food and dry goods for saltwater/reef aquariums.
For Marine reef animals my policy is, you won't receive a replacement or refund, but will receive credit towards future purchases on the initialy purchase marine reef animal. Refunds for the fish food and dry goods - must have item and receipt and must be contacted 1 week from purchase date, if you have personal requests for a special marine animal or dry good just talk to me, thank you everyone, look forward to doing business with you. WHY ME-Because the marine animals are Properly and fully quarantined and treated making them clean and overall, the healthiest marine animals you can buy. Any questions feel free to ask.
